The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for life: table, chairs, sofa (the forth), bed, desk chair, etc. There is a washing machine (in bathroom), TV with cable, Internet and telephone.

The new kitchen has a dishwasher and others it is fully equipped with appliances and utensils such as pots, cutlery and crockery, new refrigerator, microwave, etc. At the kitchen table you can comfortably eat and watch birds in the chestnut. The apartment is very bright since there are 3 windows in the main-room and the kitchen once again a great window (which is not obscured by the tree). Heating by central heating. The set price is 110,- Euro/month for heating, electric, water.

Since I am allergic and would like to live later in the apartment, the apartment is a 100% non smoking apartment.
