It is.located in the 2nd floor (from 3 in total) in a backyard with very nice Garden. no Lift.there is also a nice garden.

The Studio is 2 minutes walk from Hackescher Markt; public services directly in front of the door.
Restaurants, Cafes,shops everything is around, also Galleries, the museum island is just crossing the Monbijoupark. There is also the Humboldt University.
It is also a very safed Area.

Hablo espanol tambien!Very cozy studio in a nice antique renovateted Building, High Ceilings (4.80 meters). located in the 2nd floor (from 3 in total) in a back yard with very nice garden. Studio is located directly on the Hackescher Market Which then is the next S-Bahn station. All the Universitys are easy to reach.By public transport or bicycle. In front of the house you have the tram, the subway walking distance. Just crossing the Street  Monbijoupark Which is very nice in the summer with a beach bar with view to the Museum of Iceland, you are on the Museumisland.Saturday and Sunday is a nice antique market there. Around the Hackescher Market are a lot of shops, boutiques hidden in the small streets, theaters, bars, restaurants. Like this is now the real hot spot with nice shopping- not only the big chaines, also hidden little stores in all price range- big and small. And most of the art gallerys are for free.  The Lunch Time is just perfect: for 5 or 6 € you get a meal and you can houle choose between, Thai, Indian, Vietnames Kittcchen or you eat the sausage or kebab. The Studio is equipt with Wifi Internet Connection (16000), TV/DVD Kitchen,Waterboiler, Toaster 2 flames, Microwave/Grill , fridge and Kitchen supplies.The  Bathroom is with shower, but no sink! just in the kitchen . The shower is just 1,85!!!! Very comfortable bed: 1,80 mtr x 2mtr bed is always fresh made on the day of arrival, Towels, and sheets.,  It is a very safed area. If you have any more questions, please dont hesitate to ask me.
