Looking to move into your own flat? 1 Room apartment in Mitte for exchange - looking to swap for room in WG (fhain/nk/kberg)

I am looking to swap my spacious 1 room apartment in Mitte - just down the road from Rosenthaler Platz - for a room in a wg or another 1 room apartment. I am looking to live in Friedrichshain or Kreuzkolln preferably, but also interested in all areas around Kreuzberg and Neukolln.

It is ideal accomodation for a single person or couple

The reason for swapping is that I work and spend most of my time a distance away from Mitte, and after living alone I feel that I would prefer to have housemates

The unfurnished flat is on the semi-basement level - partly underground but with big windows on to the street that let in a lot of light due to the park opposite. Recently renovated with a nice kitchen, including bench/cupboard/oven installed.

Looking to exchange for
A room or flat in Friedrichshain (preferably), Kreuzberg or Neukolln. Looking for around the same price range (300-550 warm)

You will be taking over the initial lease, so ameldung etc is possible. The 200 equipment costs are for brand new lights with dimmers that were installed & a washing machine (if you do not want the washing machine this can be discussed)
