Single-room apartment in the BERLIN MITTE

Hallo, Im renting out my apartment and looking for either a short term-tenant for 2 months or a long-term is possible.

LOCATION

The apartment is located between Ostbahnhof and U-Bahn(Subway) U2 and U8. It is walking distance to Kreuzberg and Schlesisches Tor, lots of places in the area to deliver food. It is also a great point of entry if you want to explore the city as it is walking distance to East-Side Gallery(Berlin Wall) and Markisches Museum.
There are small coffee shops, a bikeshop downstarts, restaurants, clubs and bars close to the apartment.

THE ROOM

The single-room apartment includes kitchen and a seperate bathroom, my apartment is looking down to the back, the view isnt amazing but it is relaxed with not much noise in my room. Its cool compared to the other rooms for the summer and for the winter, there is a heating for the room and a seperate one for the floorboards in the bathroom. No extra payment needed for the electricity, heat or the internet as they are all provided. There is basic living supplies likes pots and plates already in place, and the furnitur too.
There is a club house downstairs for common use, a wide garden with chairs and even a built in barbecue. There is a reception downstairs working full time to help the tenants to provide basic house services like receiving mail.There is parking available around the house and a private bike-motorcycle garage downstairs.

PAYMENT
683 is the standart payment for this room, for short term tenants, the caution is 300. For the long term the price stays the same but the caution is 1500.
