11 sqm room - 3rd floor - courtyard (Hinterhaus)

This rent is "Warmmiete" and includes heating, electricity, water, internet and GEZ fees.

You rent the 1 room. Access to the open kitchen is only through the main room (my room). I only use my room occasionally, sometimes twice a week for some hours, sometimes not at all for some weeks. You can use the kitchen when I am not there, which is most of the time. When I am there, though, I usually have company, so you wouldn't have kitchen access then. This is mostly only at night, in the morning you could use the kitchen again. I hardly ever sleep at the place. That means: 95 % of the time, you have a whole flat of 48 sqm at your disposal....

Obviously, this arrangement requires a certain amout of trust and "easy-going" attitude at the same time. Because it's important to me that you've read this, please start your reply with the words "Hello, about the kitchen access..." and so on, so I can see you actually read my text :)

With furniture: 1,40 m bed, sideboard, wardrobe, optional small desk.

TEMPORAL: This is meant to be a 6 months test. If we get along well, we can make a longer contract.

KAUTION: 650 €, to be paid in cash in exchange for the keys.
