Please read carefully and only write if you meet the conditions:

From June 1st the flat becomes available for a permanent contract, with Anmeldung possible. Conditions: 1) Working contract in Berlin for at least the following two years. 2) Salary x2 rent. Cold rent is 600 currently, old contract and might be increased. 3) Mietzahlungsbestätigung. 4) You buy from me the installed and built washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, closet, sofa, office desk, diner table, chairs, shelves, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, ... worth aprox. 1000€ (all negotiable, in case you don't need some of the things).

The flat: one big room with a double bed, a couch, a spacious closet and desk for remote work. Plenty of light. A big kitchen (separated, own door) with space to sit and eat. Big bathroom with bathtub.

(not a condition to be met) From March to May, the flat is available for sublet, no Anmeldung. Inquire for rent if you are interested in a sublet for this period. Independent of the real rent starting in June.
