BRIGHT APARTMENT IN TIERGARTEN/MOABIT

Hi,
I am subletting my furnished studio apartment in Moabit for one or two people. It is available for 2 months and one week (from June 24, 2023 to August 31, 2023. The rent is €750 per month (includes utilities), plus €750 refundable deposit. The apartment is in an original old Berliner Apartment building, ca. 35 m2, very bright, and overlooks quiet tree-filled backyards. It consists of a very large room, with separate sit-in kitchen and a small entrance corridor.

The apartment is furnished. The large wood-floored main room includes a double-bed + sheets and such, large writing desk, bedside table, bookcases, wardrobe, dresser, chairs & coffee table. The separate kitchen includes fridge, oven, as well as cooking ware. You get to experience the old way of housing in Berlin with a private toilet at half-stair.

The apartment is close to public transportation: It is within walking distance of S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines, Tegel airport bus, and several other bus lines. You can also walk or bike to the Tiergarten, Brandenburger Tor, Schloss Bellevue, Hauptbahnhof, and the Parliament Buildings. Groceries/supermarkets (Bio Company, Edeka, Rewe and Kaiser’s) are also within walking distance.
