Sublet - One Bedroom Flat in Sunny Schillerkiez

I'm looking for a quiet, warm and responsible subletter for my flat in Schillerkiez, Neukölln in Berlin. One bedroom flat with kitchen, bathroom, balcony. Comes fully furnished inclusive of washing machine, fast wifi, television, fully equipped kitchen, towels, soaps, and other home goods. The flat has tons of natural light and is on a quiet street. There is no street noise and the other tenants in the building are very quiet, respectful and warm. This is not a flat appropriate for parties or lots of noise, FYI.

Centrally located. Nearest Ubahn is Leinestraße U8. Three blocks from Tempelhofer Feld.

The rent is all inclusive with electricity, wifi and heating. Deposit is one month’s rent. Anmeldung available. Move in Sep. 1st. I am only able to sublet to one person, sorry no couples. This is a short-term sublet with the possibility of extending depending on how the first months go.

I've lived in this flat for over four years and have poured my creative energy into it. The space has great healing energy and an artists touch. I would like to have an amicable relationship with the subtenant so that they could hold mail on my behalf and water the plants :)This apartment and location are an absolute gem, and I'm looking to rent to someone that will take extreme care of the space.
