Now, here's the deal: We're two super friendly and inclusive folks (Noha & Karim) on the lookout for a someone to rent a room in our flat. The room can be yours for a sweet 2-3 months stay or a bit longer, but hey, if we click, we're open to extending and share it together.

When it comes to our ideal flatmate, we're a tidy and quite duo who knows how to balance privacy with communal living. We aren’t smokers or hard on partying. We are also expecting the same from our flatmate. 🏡

We are into cooking together, binge-watching our favorite shows, or embarking on spontaneous adventures in the hood or Berlin’s suburbs, we're up for it all!

The flat is newly renovated and we moved in ourselves less than 3 months ago. We ordered a desk and it should be arriving soon.

The flat is on the ground floor. Meanwhile, the front facade and backyard are still under renovation. Usually the renovation work is until 15:00 or 16:00.
