Forming the centrepiece of this apartment is a living space in which a space for working, relaxing and sleeping in are organically interlinked in such a manner as to be fused into a single harmonious functional entity.
A separat fully equipt kitchen (incl. dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and a seperat daylit bathroom (inkl. a bathtub and towelling).
Everything is thoughtfully arranged with a view to maximising levels of tidiness and affording you the space you need to unfold.
The apartment borders directly to the districts Tempelhof and Neuköln. Neukölln is located in the southern part of the capital Berlin between the districts Tempelhof-Schöneberg in the west and Treptow-Köpenick in the east and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg in the north. Neukölln borders the state of Brandenburg in the south. The district is very international. Neukölln is one of the most multicultural districts of Berlin. In the busy streets you will find hummus shops, Middle Eastern bakeries and discounters, vegetarian burritos, Basque treats, American burgers, Arabic bakeries and Vietnamese food stalls in addition to fine dining, which of course also in Neukölln. The picturesque side streets with their thrift stores, hip bars and cafes are popular with students and artists. A place for bargain hunters is the Turkish weekly market on Maybachufer, where you can buy fruits and vegetables in large quantities as well as spices and textiles. The second adjacent district of Tempelhof is best known for its disused Tempelhof Airport. Since opening in 2010, the former airport site has been used as a large park. The Tempelhofes Feld offers plenty of space for picnicking, for community gardens and the received runways attract joggers and cyclists. The grounds are just minutes from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find within walking distance a variety of shops for daily needs. In addition, the apartment is very well connected to public transport. The apartment is within walking distance of the S + U Hermannstraße train station and bus line 246. From here you can reach Alexander Platz in just 25 minutes, within 35 minutes to the main transport hub, Berlin Central Station and 25 minutes to one of the most well-known Streets in the historic center of Berlin, Friedrichstrasse. Zoo Station is 11 minutes from here.
