The apartment and is available from March 19th till March 29th. There's a possibility that the sublet could be extended 1 week. I will be out of town for this time-period and looking for someone respectful and considerate to take my room for the whole period. The room is only for one person (***no couples***) and pets are *not allowed* in the flat.
The room has a beautiful large window that overlooks a tree in the courtyard. A couch and a large desk sit right next to the window which gets lots of sunlight. There is a double bed and bedding/sheets will be provided. There is also a clothing rack for your clothes. Beside the bed is a bookshelf with a little reading lamp.
There is a cute wooden table for meals attached to the kitchen wall. The oven has been newly replaced and is great for baking! The kitchen has lots of surface area for cooking and preparing meals.
The room is 308 Euro for the period. *Anmeldung is not possible*. Please write "books" in your message to acknowledge you have read that.

The apartment is in the heart of Kreuzkölln right next to Hasenheide park. Hermannplatz is a 2 minute walk (entrance is directly at the end of the street) and is connected to the U7 and U8 lines and there are also lots of additional bus connections. Tempelhof is a short walk away (about 10 minutes) and the canal is not too far either (about a 15 minute walk). There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area and there is even a co-working cafe right across the street from our building for when you’re tired of working from home and want to switch it up!
I'd prefer a vegetarian staying in the flat as I'm vegetarian.
