Hello everybody, I´m looking for someone who like to rent my flat for one month (01.10.12-31.10.12). There is also the possibility to extant the rent for one or two weeks longer if you needed!
The flat is located in Neukölln near Kreuzberg and Treptower Park. The next underground station is U7 Rathaus Neukölln, the next railway station S Treptower Park. You can arrive them by bus or by walking (ca. 10 min).
There is a nice atmosphere in the living-house and my neighbors are great!
The only thing which is not so comfortable is the heating. There is one big ofen in the living-room and a other one in the kitchen, but the kitchen ofen don´t keep the warmness very long. But for me it never was a problem. :)
