Großzügige Einzimmer Wohnung in bester Lage

Da ich ein Auslandsjahr mache, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für meine wunderschöne Wohnung in Neukölln. Es kann gut sein, dass ich nach dem Jahr die Wohnung komplett aufgebe, sodass die Möglichkeit einer langfristigen Übernahme besteht.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus eines sehr gut gepflegten und sanierten Altbaus. Ich überlasse sie voll möbiliert und ausgestattet, inkl. Handtücher, Bettlaken, Geschirr, Putzmittel, etc. Ihr müsst eigentlich nur eure Klamotten mitbringen und könnt loslegen. Es gibt schnelles WLAN, einen Fernseher mit alle gängigen Sendern, usw.

Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einem (sehr) großen Wohn/Arbeits/Schlafzimmer und einer großzügigen Küche mit Tisch, an dem problemlos 3-4 Leute Platz finden. Des Weiteren habt ihr im Bad eine Badewanne sowie die Waschmaschine. Eine kleine Kammer lässt Platz für Putzmittel o.ä.

Ich habe mir bei der Einrichtung der Wohnung viel Mühe gegeben und finde sie super gemütlich. Dementsprechend suche ich einen ruhigen, verantwortungsbewussten, nicht rauchenden Zwischenmieter, der meine Besitztümer gut pflegt und zu schätzen weiß.

If you're looking for a fully furnished and equipped apartment for your year-long stay in Berlin, look no further. I'm going abroad for at least a year (maybe longer) and am looking for someone to rent my beautiful apartment in Neukölln for **12-14 months** (negotiable).

The apartment is on the fourth floor in the back building of a very well taken care of house. It's nice and quiet, yet very centrally located with a bus going to the airport and the central train station leaving directly in front of the house. A 3 minute walk will take you to the subway stop U-Hermannplatz, which has excellent connections in all directions.

The area itself is very popular and young. There are a ton of bars, cafés and restaurants, all within a short walking distance. The same is true for any type of shop or institution (bank, post office, pharmacy, etc. etc.)

The Apartment consists of one (very) large room as well as a spacious kitchen and a long hallway. There is a tub in the bathroom (great water pressure). As I said, the apartment comes fully equipped and furnished. Everything from plates, to bedsheets, to towels, to cleaning supplies, it's all here. There's high speed wireless as well as a television with international channels (cnn, bbc, aljazeera, etc.).

I put a lot of work into making my apartment feel like a cozy home and am hence looking for someone quiet and responsible who will respect my belongings and take good care of them while I am away.
