Nice and quiet 31m² flat - right next to the Tempelhofer field

my name is Lukas and I am studying economics at the Humboldt University.
From Oktober 2016 till April 2017, I will conduct an intership in Hannover. The earliest date to move in would be the 16th of September.
The rent is 550€ including internet, water, gas and electricity. (everything is included)

I am looking for someone to stay at my 31m² flat in Neukölln.
It is fully equipped (also washing mashine, fridge, oven) , has a big (20m²) living/bedroom, a verry cosy kitchen with enough space for 4 people, corridor and bathroom, as well.
My appartment is verry quiet which makes it possible to escape from the noisy capital. However, by taking one step out of the door you right in the middle of the vibrant schillerkiez. This area offers a vast variety of attractive bars, nice little cafes, reasonable bistros and restaurants.
A highlight is the former airport Tempelhof which is now used as a public park where you can relax, do sports, have barbecue or just walk over the former runway. I visit this place nearly every day as it is just 2 minutes to walk.
Moreover, there are many grocery stores located in the sourrounding area. The next public transport is reached within 5 minutes. From the tubestation (Boddinstraße U8), it only takes 12 minutes to Alexanderplatz.
