I am renting out my lovely and spacious 1 room apartment (49 m2) completely furnished close to Hermannplatz in January 2017. It's located in the heart of Neukölln in walking distance to great bars and restaurants.
Spacious 1-Room apartment with a big living/bedroom and a super comfortable bed. Full equipped Kitchen with everything you'll need. Small bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator) in the second backyard the windows facing southwards. You cannot hear the traffic from Sonnenallee.
In the heart of Neukölln - Sonnenallee close to Hermannplatz with a lot of restaurants and bars around. In walking distance to Maybachufer and Schönleinstraße as well as Schillerkiez. The U8, U7, M41, M29 can be reached in under 5 minutes. The building is facing popular Friedelstraße and is very close to Pannierstraße as well as Reuterkiez and Hobrechtstraße.
I am going to be travelling asia so I will connect you with a friend of mine that will help you with everything.
At the moment there is still construction work going on in the house. I hope it will be done soon but it might still go on for a little while. It's not dirty and there is rarely any noise but there is a scaffold in front of the otherwise very bright windows.
