My beautiful, equipped private apartment including sleeping room/living room, bathroom and kitchen.There’s a big double comfortable bed in the sleeping room and comfy sofas as well as working space. It' s fully furnished with everything you need.
The bedroom/livingroom has a double bed (1,80 m x 2,20 m), an armoire for your clothes and it is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a mattress and a dining table for 4-6 persons. There is a small stereo which connects through usb to your MP3 player and wifi Internet connection (you agree to not use our Internet connection for any illegal downloads or other illegal activities. All legal cost for such activities will be paid by you). All furniture is in very good condition. The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet. The kitchen is completely equipped with pots, dishes and cooking utensils, stove, small refrigerator, washing machine, toaster and Moka. Bedding and towels are made available.
Very sunny and calm apartment in the middle of hip district - Neukölln, direct at Hermannplatz with well-connected subway (U7 and U8) and buses.
There are a lot of nice cafes, bars, restaurants and clubs nearby, as well as famous Tempelhof Airport - for the fans of sports and nature.
The apartment is very well located and connected to all parts of the time.
The U-Bahn station Hermannplatz is right around the corner from my place (5 min by walk) and gives you access to the U8 which takes you straight through Kreuzberg to Mitte, from my flat to Alexanderplatz is not more than 15 minutes.
It's 40mins away from Schönefeld and Tegel airport.
