(short term ~ 6 months) 2 room apartment with Anmeldung in Schillerkiez

Anmeldung is possible as this is a legal sublet. However, please don't contact for long term rental, this is a fixed 6 months rental and extension is not possible. Couples are welcome, but the apartment is not suitable for WG so please also don't contact for that either.

Subleasing my 57m2 apartment for 6 months starting from 15-Nov'23 until 10-May'24 as I'll be heading abroad for some time. It's fully furnished and has everything you need to live comfortably, so you just need to bring your clothes and you're good to go. The apartment is 2 mins walk from Templehofer feld and is surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and super markets. It's 4 mins walking distance to U Boddinstr.

The apartment has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with dining table, couch etc. The kitchen is quite big and all the necessary utensils etc. are available. It's an altbau hence the floors creak so you'll need to be quiet in the evenings (it's Germany after all ;)). The bedroom is super quiet and dark at night so it's great to sleep in. There's also a small balcony. Smoking or Pets are NOT allowed in the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony with the doors closed.

The total monthly rent including everything like: internet, gas, electricity and other expenses would be 1200€/month for single person, this is broken down into:

Warm rent: 1000€ which includes communal costs i.e., NK
Utility expenses: 200€ for electricity, gas for cooking, internet and radio tax
Refundable deposit: 2000€

Also note that while the price is fixed, due to ongoing uncertainty about gas/electricity costs - if the final costs are higher in the end based on the consumption, they'll be taken out of the deposit or will need to be paid back separately.

Finally, as this is my home, I'd expect you to treat it with respect and respect the rules of the building/neighbours/Berlin.
