About the Flat:
One minute walk from Maybachufer Turkish Markets, schonleinstr Ubahn, every type of supermarket you can imagine, cafes, and Admiralbrücke. A perfect location for anyone living in Berlin.
The apartment is unfurnished, but has a fully equipped kitchen (I can leave all my kitchen things for you). A cute bathroom with shower. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with friendly neighbours upstairs and downstairs. It is not a super loud apartment, but is not totally quiet. There is no locked door to the hof, so if you have a bike that you love, it might be worth bringing it upstairs.
The room is south facing and gets direct sun from sunrise until 12-1pm. There is a thermostat where you can control the heating very well in winter, so you minimise your power bill. The apartment was rented to me with the notice that it required renovation, so it is possible to make it nicer if you want, I found it totally cosy whilst living here.
I can sell you my furniture if needed for cheap: Comfortable, and clean bed, a rug, coffee table, small wardrobe and a DJ booth/cabinet. There is no washing machine, but a waschsalon a short walk away where you can wash for 4€.
