one room flat Neukölln 27/07 bis 16/08

Hello,

i'm renting my flat, which is also my art studio, for the summer from the 27 of july, till the 16 of August.

The flat is in good conditions. It has a a big room, with bed, wardrobe, sofa. I have a big working table and many books you can pick as much as you want (as long there coming back!).
The bathroom is typical from Berlin. it is really small but it at least functionnal.

There is a kitchen of around 9 square meter, with table and working space, where I actually like to work because the light is better.. Washing machine is included.

The u-bhan station is very close, only two minutes to walk till the U8, and 8 minutes to the U7. You have also the s-bhan (s41 and 42)

Around the flat you'll have all convenient market: rewe, netto, and Korner Park is also just a minute away for the summer.

I ask a proffessional cleaner to clean before you come. When you leave, we can make a deal: if you clean alone, i don't charge you for the cleaner. If not, she costs 26 euros.

I don't have any preference for the renter, but please do not smoke inside. Pets are welcome if cleaning therougly after. Deposit is refundable.
