Nice flat on the canal, free from 10.08 till 04.09

Hello,
I'm out of Berlin for 3 weeks and therefore my flat is available.

The period is from Wednesday 10.08 till sunday 04.09
(it might be possible to check in one or two days earlier)

The flat is 54 m2, NON-smoking, situated on the canal in Neukölln, at the border with Treptow, near Weichselplatz.

I am closing one room, but the rest of the flat is for you to use, which means you will have a kitchen with all you need, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living/sleeping room with a comfy double bed, sofa, armchair, table and 2 chairs and a dresser, plus a nice, sunny balcony facing the quiet inner garden (on the balcony you are allowed to smoke of course ;). Bed sheets and towels will be provided.


There is also a spacious hallway where you can hang your jackets, leave your bags, shoes and so on.
Fast Wi-Fi is available, a washing machine is in the kitchen, where you also have a large frigde and a gas stove to cook your tasty meals, if you like.

The flat is on the second floor, right at the canal, less than 10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station of Rathaus Neukölln and a bunch of minutes from the buses to both Treptow and Kreuzberg.

Many nice bars and restaurants are within a 5 minutes walk and Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park are also around the corner.

I am ideally looking for someone for the whole period,
the price for a single person is 27 euro per day. The price for a single person for the whole period is 600
the price for a couple is 33 euro per day. the price for a couple for the whole period is 700
There is a deposit of 300 euro to be paid, that will be refunded at the end of your stay, if everything is fine with the flat.
