One bedroom near the canal

Hi everybody, our one bed room is available for a year - more or less furnished. The studio for one person is perfectly located - near all the action around Neukölln / Maybach-Ufer, but in a very quiet street. And though the apartment is on the ground floor, the apartment is in the Hinterhof (side wing to the back yard), so not loud. (but not exactly an apartment full light just to let you know)

There is a washing machine, fridge, basic kitchen stuff etc., and two basic sets of towels, sheets and blankets.

The couch is a sofa-bed and extremely comfy by the way! ;)
The bed stays (it was costum made for the place just three years ago) and some other smaller items, other stuff you could get from our friend who lives there for a small price (let's talk details when we meet).

The apartment might also be available long-term, but we are still figuring it out, so for now we can only rent it out for a limited time.
