Nice flat on the canal, free for two weeks, from 10.03. till 26.03.

I'm out of Berlin for two weeks and therefore my flat is available.


The period is from Friday 10.03.(I'm leaving Thursday evening), until Sunday 26.03. 
(I'm coming back on the 26.03. in the evening, so the last available night is the 25.03.) - my friend is helping me out with the key exchange etc., if you arrive a bit later



The flat is 50m2, NON-smoking, situated on the canal in Neukölln, at the border with Treptow, near Weichselplatz.

 I am closing one room, but the rest of the flat is for you to use, which means you will have a kitchen with all you need, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living/sleeping room (facing the quiet backyard/garden) with a comfy double bed, sofa, armchair, table and 2 chairs, plus a nice, sunny balcony (on the balcony you are allowed to smoke of course ;). Bed sheets and towels will be provided.


There is also a spacious hallway where you can hang your jackets, leave your bags, shoes and so on.

 Fast Wi-Fi is available, a washing machine is in the kitchen, where you also have a large frigde and a gas stove to cook your tasty meals, if you like.

The flat is on the second floor, right at the canal, 10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station of Rathaus Neukölln and from the buses to both treptow and kreuzberg.

Many nice bars and restaurants are within a 5 minutes walk and Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park are also around the corner.

I am looking for someone for the whole period - the price for a single person is 30 euro per day,
the price for a couple is 37 euro per day. Friendly discount if you take the flat for the whole period.

There is a deposit of 200 euro to be returned at the end of your stay.
