The apartment is located in the newly building "Bambus Campus" in Oberschoneweide.
The apartment consists in 2 rooms with 25m² each, linked with a staircase.
The bathroom is located in the upper room along with the entrance and the balcony. The downstairs room contains the kitchen and space for a living room and a small terrace.
Kitchen is equipped with wardrobes, induction hob, fridge and freezer.
I rented the apartment empty and all the furniture belongs to me. You can buy it all for 250€ (bed, matress, night -table, closet, 1 dinner table, 4 chairs, 1 table, 1 office chair and kitchen utilities.
The apartment is located Steffelbauerstraße (Oberschöneweide). It is a very calm neighborhood.
The tram stop Ostendstr. is just at 1 minute walking and it connects directly to HTW (1 stop), S-Bahnof Schöneweide (6 stops), Köpenick and Weissenssee.
The Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) is just 10 min walking (1 stop by tram), Netto supermarket at 2 minutes walking and Volkspark Wuhlheide and FEZ (Freizeit und Erholungszentrum) is just around the corner (5 minutes walking). Restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy, etc are at just 10 minutes walking distance
The warm rent is 690€ per month (all included).
I originally rented the apartment until May but because I am returning to my home country in March, I agree with the housing company (SorgerTec Hausverwaltung) to transfer the contract to the new tenant to the duration time that you desire.
