- M13 tram is 2 min walk

- Lovely chilled neighbourhood
- Super nice and helpful neighbours in the whole house

- I would probably like to sell my washing machine and some smaller things. The bigger furniture (bed + sofa) I would for sure move away. TBC.

🌷Contract Info 🌷
- Please note that the contract here is prolonged yearly. I have been living here for 3 years and the contract always gets renewed. The yearly contract is not so that the landlord can raise the price every year, but more so because he plans on connecting two 1-room flats into a bigger one, but that is for sure not going to happen in the next 10 years.
The landlord is a private person whose ancestors built the house - it’s basically three houses with three different entrances.
He’s a very solid person and the rent strictly adheres to the Mietspreisbremse. In the last 3 years, the rent was raised by 30€ and only because of the heating energy crisis. Otherwise the rent stays the same, even when the contract is prolonged.
Everyone that lives in the house has been living here for many years and once someone lives here, he prefers to keep the tenants he knows so there is no risk that he will not prolong the contract.
