Zwischenmiete in Prenzlauer Berg

Bin gerade wegen Projekte sehr viel auf reisen. Meine kuschlige Wohnung in Prenzl Berg is ab September frei und sucht nette Menschen (ideal 1, maximal 2) die für ein paar Monate in Berlin sich sehr zentral ausruhen möchten oder auf der suche nach was eigenes sind, und eventuell etwas Austausch mit einigen Pflanzen suchen. Wohnung ist im Hinterhof eines Altbaus, mit super Verbindung zur Stadt in alle Richtungen. Fast 50qm mit 1 grossem Zimmer als Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ausgestattet und eine grosse separate Küche. Suche Jemanden der mindestens bis Januar, ideal aber bis März eine Bleibe braucht, da ich bis dann auf reisen gehe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit auch danach weitere Monate zu planen, bin flexible da ich bis Juni auch woanders sein kann. Ist aber keine permanente Sache, und es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit zur Anmeldung. Dazu ist es möbiliert und eher für jemand mit wenig Sachen gedacht und mehr als Zwischenstopp Raum sucht! Platz für extra Möbel oder so ist nicht wirklich da. Also vlt jemand der sich noch in Berlin umschaut oder gerade ankommt und noch nicht weiss wohin... Andere Zeiten (auch kürzer) sind auch möglich oder flexible Einzugsdatum bei Absprache, also bitte meldet euch bei Interesse. Besichtigung nur begrenzt möglich bis Mitte August.

My cozy apartment in Prenzl Berg is free from September and is looking for nice people (ideally 1, maximum 2) who want to rest for a few months in Berlin very central or are looking for what own, and possibly some exchange with some plants. Apartment is in the backyard of an old building, with super connection to the city in all directions. Almost 50sqm with 1 large room equipped as living room and bedroom and a large separate kitchen. Looking for someone who needs a place to stay at least until January, but ideally until March, as I will be traveling until then. There is the possibility to plan more months after that, I am flexible because I can be somewhere else until June. But is not a permanent thing, and there is also no possibility to register. In addition, it is möbiliert and rather intended for someone with little stuff and more like a stopover place! Space for extra furniture or so is not really there. So maybe someone who is still looking around in Berlin or just arrives and does not know where to go yet.... Other times (even shorter) are also possible or flexible move-in date by arrangement, so please get in touch if interested. Viewing is only limited possible until mid-August.
