Meine charmante Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg wird vom 8. September bis Monatsende (3 Wochen) frei. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung bis zum 8. Oktober.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe der S-Bahnstation Schönhauser Allee und praktisch neben dem Falkplatz/Mauerpark. Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtwohnfläche von ca. 43m², die ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad umfasst. Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock, was für helle Räume sorgt. Vor drei Jahren wurde sie komplett renoviert und wird voll möbliert vermietet. Der Kleiderschrank und die Regale sind größtenteils leer, sodass ausreichend Platz für persönliche Kleidung vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, und ein sorgsamer Umgang mit den Einrichtungsgegenständen ist mir wichtig. Die Nachbarschaft besteht aus freundlichen Familien, daher ist diese Wohnung ausdrücklich kein Ort für Partys!

Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Gasherd und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. In der gemütlichen Wohnküche lädt eine bequeme Ledercouch zum Verweilen ein.

Die Gesamtmiete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt 690€.

Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über ein weiteres Zimmer, das von meiner Kommilitonin als Tattoo-Studio genutzt wird. An zwei Terminen im kommenden Monat wird sie vor Ort sein und dabei das Badezimmer und die Küche nutzen, jedoch vorrangig in ihrem eigenen Zimmer sein.

SHORT-TERM LISTING - Viewing available on Wednesday and Thursday

My charming apartment in Prenzlauer Berg will be available from September 8th until the end of the month (3 weeks), with the option to extend until October 8th.

The location is excellent, near the S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee and practically next to Falkplatz/Mauerpark. The apartment has a total living area of approximately 43m², including a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It is situated on the 4th floor, ensuring bright spaces. It was fully renovated three years ago and is rented fully furnished. The wardrobe and shelves are mostly empty, providing ample space for personal clothing. The apartment is tastefully decorated with attention to detail, and I place great importance on the careful handling of the furnishings. The neighborhood is populated by friendly families; therefore, this apartment is explicitly not a place for loud parties.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and washing machine. A comfortable leather couch in the cozy living kitchen invites you to linger.

The total rent, including utilities, is €690.

Additionally, the apartment has another room that my fellow student uses as a tattoo studio. She will be on-site for two appointments next month and will use the bathroom and kitchen during those times, but primarily, she will be in her own room.
