Sublet / Holiday Stay - Cute, Cozy, and Centrally Located available for up to 50 days - €200 per week

Will you be visiting Berlin and are looking for a lovely holiday accommodation? Or perhaps you have recently moved here and are struggling to find permanent accommodations. Either way, I offer my lovely flat for 50 days to host you (shorter stays also okay!) . High ceilings and a beautiful brick accent wall make this studio apartment feel cozy yet spacious. Start your morning with a book in the kitchen window nook or the living room window seat, both looking out into the courtyard. I have lived in this apartment for two years and I love it. The flat is very close to public transport (2 minute walk to the M2 tram) and I am happy to share an extensive list of things to do in and around the area. I am going out of town on a longer vacation and my usual rent is quite steep, therefore I am offering to someone else to enjoy while I am away. However, this is not a party house. This is more ideal for a vacationing couple or young professional looking for a temporary stay. While the king size bed can accommodate up to two, the couch does also pull out to create a queen bed. The apartment is available December 15-February 3.

The total accomodation cost for the duration is €1700 or €200 per week, which includes a cleaning fee and is priced competitively to AirBNBs and hotels in the area. I will ask for an additional €500 deposit, which is fully refundable if the house is in good shape upon my return (e.g. no smoking, nothing missing or broken, in clean condition). I have a simple contract for both of us to sign to protect both the apartment as well as your deposit. Again, this is a temporary stay only.
