Schöne 1-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Prenzlauer Berg (belebte Gegend) für 4-5 Monate zu vermieten

I would like to rent my beautiful 1-room apartment (old building-touch and fully furnished) for 4-5 months: from 15/11/2023 until at least 31/03/2024.
The size of of the apartment is 39 square meters and it also has a small balcony. It is tastefully furnished with a 1.60m wide bed, couch, couch table, desk, 2 dressers (commodes), a large clothes rail, laundry basket, washing machine, full kitchen equipment, kitchen utensils, full bathroom equipment. In the apartment there is also a good WIFI connection.

I would leave the apartment fully furnished, I only take my personal things out of the apartment.

In the basement there is also the possibility to take a free cabin, which you can use with your own personal lock to put even more things.

All inclusive (including electricity and internet) the monthly rent is 900 euros. In advance, a deposit of 1200 euros is also taken.

The handover of the keys and the move-in should already take place on 13.11.2023. The official rent starts from 15.11.23.
