I'm subletting this gorgeous sunny apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, from 13th April - 29th May, as I am moving out of my current flat and have a notice period of 2 months.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, 40 m2, hinterhof (super quiet), and the balcony faces the south (great for sunshine).

The pictures show all of the apartment (bathroom, hallway, kitchen, bedroom and balcony).

The biggest room is the bedroom, which also doubles as a living room. It is fully furnished - all the furniture/appliances belong to the apartment. There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, a stove/oven, as well as plates/cutlery/mugs)

Rent:
The rent is €1,200 for one month and includes utilities, electricity costs and internet costs. In addition, a deposit of €1,500 is required as the furniture will be temporarily left for you.
If booked for 2 months, the rent is €1,100 per month.
Prorated rent can be worked out depending on the duration of stay.

Smoking or pets are not allowed in the apartment please.

Ich vermiete diese wunderschöne, sonnige Wohnung im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg vom 13. April bis 29. Mai unter, da ich aus meiner jetzigen Wohnung ausziehe und eine Kündigungsfrist von 2 Monaten habe.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, 40 m2, Hinterhof (super ruhig), und der Balkon ist nach Süden ausgerichtet (super für Sonnenschein).

Die Bilder zeigen die gesamte Wohnung (Bad, Flur, Küche, Schlafzimmer und Balkon).

Der größte Raum ist das Schlafzimmer, das gleichzeitig als Wohnzimmer dient. Es ist komplett möbliert – alle Möbel/Geräte gehören zur Wohnung. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Staubsauger, einen Herd/Ofen sowie Teller/Besteck/Tassen)

Mieten:
Die Miete beträgt 1.200 € pro Monat und beinhaltet Nebenkosten, Stromkosten und Internetkosten. Zusätzlich fällt eine Kaution in Höhe von 1.500 € an, da die Möbel vorübergehend für Sie überlassen werden.

Rauchen und Haustiere sind in der Wohnung bitte nicht gestattet.
