Summer in Berlin...

Hello :)
A bright and furnished apartment in a great location is available for rent for four months from June 1st to September 30th (possibly extendable to six months).
Within walking distance:
Ringbahn 9 min
Volkspark Friedrichshain 5 min
Swimming pool 4 min
Concert hall 6 min
Various tram stops 3-6 minutes
and there are lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and offers a great view of one of Berlin's landmarks and breathtaking sunsets on the west side.
This is a two-room apartment, although one room is not available.
The rental room is almost 22 square meters and has a lovely and quiet balcony with a view to a beautiful private garden.
(The private garden is also accessible to residents)
Since I'm traveling, you will be the only resident in the apartment.
There is a south-facing, bright and spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
The apartment is good for one person or a couple.

Important notes:
This is not a party apartment, and neighbors are quiet.
Smoking only on the balcony.
The apartment is furnished and there are also some plants. So it would be great if the tenants were interested in plants and would take care of them.
Registration is not possible.
