Untervermietung 1 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, möbliert in Prenzlauer Berg

Wir sind für einen Monat unterwegs und möchten in dieser Zeit ein Zimmer in unserer schönen Altbau-Wohnung untervermieten. In dem Zimmer befinden sich unter anderem ein Doppelbett und ein großer Kleiderschrank, sowie ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und die Küche eine tolle Einbauküche mit Vollholzplatte, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. In der Küche können drei Leute bequem am Tisch sitzen und vier, wenn ihr etwas zusammenrückt. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen WLAN Anschluss.

Da wir Nichtraucher sind und kleine Kinder haben, ist es uns wichtig, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird!

Wir vermieten gern an eine Familie mit Kindern, ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson. Für Kinder und Babys könnten wir einige Möbel zur Verfügung stellen (z.B. Bett, Wickeltisch, Hochstuhl, etc.).


We'll be travelling for one month and are looking to sublet one room in our family apartment for that time. The apartment is fully furnished and the room contains a large wardrobe, queen size bed, shelves, a small table and chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub, the kitchen a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and a table where three people can sit comfortably. There is wireless internet access in the apartment.

We are non-smokers and as we have small children, it is important to us that you won't smoke in the apartment!

We would be happy to rent out our place to a family, couple or single person. We could provide some child and baby furnishings if required, including a bed, nappy change table, high chair, etc.
