Ruhige Altbauwohnung im Norden Prenzl´bergs

Hallo!
Ich vermiete meine geliebte Wohnung nun doch länger unter.
Sie ist zentral gelegen, im nördlichen Prenzlauer Berg, und super gut mit den Öffentlichen angebunden (Sbahn, UBahn, Tram).
Da die Wohnung zum Innenhof ist, ist sie sehr ruhig (man hört sogar die Vögel im Baum davor). Sie ist eine echte Altbauwohnung, das heißt hohe Decken, Stuck und große Holzfenster.
Es gibt viel Reiseinspiration sowie eine tolle Energie in der Wohnung- aufgrund meiner zahlreichen Reisen sowie spirituellen Praxis.
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, mit Schlafcouch (140*2m) sowie vollausgestattete Küche (Mixer, Smoothie Maker,, Toaster, Ofen...) und ein extra Schlafzimmer (nicht auf Fotos). Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche sowie eine Toplader Waschmaschine.
Ich kann euch Bettzeug, Handtücher und Fön zur Verfügung stellen. Wenn ihr möchtet, könnt ihr auch mein Fahrrad mit benutzen.

I am subletting my beloved apartment for somewhat longer than initially advertised.
It is centrally located, in northern Prenzlauer Berg, and really well connected by public transport (Ubahn, Sbahn, Tram).
It is really quiet in the apartment, since it is facing only the courtyard and not the street. You can even hear the birds in the tree in front the windows! It is an Altbau, that means high ceilings, stucco on the ceiling, and large wooden windows.
You will find some travel inspiration throughout the apartment, and might notice the beautiful energy, generated through my spiritual practice.
The apartment comprises of a living room/ fully equipped kitchen and an extra bedroom (not pictured). The bathroom has a shower as well as a washing machine. I can lend you bedding and sheets, as well as towels and a hairdryer. If you want you can also use my bicycle.
