Hi, I make my appartment available for sub-renting because I moved temporarily (until End of September 2018).
I don't know yet, if I will move back in after this, but if not, the tenant can stay permanent (and take over the contract).

The appartment is in the 4th floor (top floor) of a typical Berlin-Altbau house in the district of Prenzlauer Berg.

1 Main room with balcony + spacious kitchen with storage room + bath room + hallway

Furnished: fully equiped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dish washer & washing machine, kitchen table & chairs / living room with bed, shelf, armchairs, small table / hallway with cloth rack / etc.
Including WLAN.
A bath with shower.
Towls & bed linnen if needed.
NON smoking!

Public transport is right infront of the door, as well as a groceries shop.
Bikes can be locked in the backyard.

The total cost include all utilities (water, heating, energy, internet).
Deposit: 1000€ + copy of passport
