Studio Prenzlauer Berg (quiet and bright)

Ich vermiete mein helles und ruhiges Wohn-Atelier ab Mitte Januar für 1,5 Monate, vielleicht etwas länger (noch offen, aber pontetiell bis Ende Mai). Es ist minimalistisch eingerichtet (aber hat alles was man braucht), mit Küche, Dusche, WC. Die Dusche ist in einer kleinen Kammer getrennt von der Toilette. Das Studio hat ein großes Wohn- / Arbeits / Schlafzimmer und eine schöne Küche und einen Balkon. Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa (Achtung auf dem Bild ist es noch eine Matratze), Stühle, Töpfe, Küchenutensilien usw. und Pflanzen sind auch da. Ich suche einen netten, zuverlässigen und entspannten Gast. Es gibt einen sehr guten Internetanschluss, zum Beispiel für Home Office.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden, Ringbahn (S41 / S42 / S8 ...), M4, M10, M2 sind sehr nah. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich.
Für die kurze Zeit kann ich keine Anmeldung anbieten, falls sich aber die Option bis Ende Mai bestätigt könnt ihr euch gerne für ein paar Monate hier anmelden. (Abmeldung bei Auszug ist verpflichtend)

I sublet my bright and quiet studio flat for 1.5 months from 15th January, maybe a bit longer (still to be confirmed, but potentially until end of May). It is minimalistic furnished (but all you need), with kitchen, shower, toilet, and has a big living/working/sleeping room and a nice kitchen, and a balcony. The shower is separated from the toilet, in a small room next to the kitchen. Desk, big matress, chairs, pots, kitchen stuff etc... and plants are there, too. I search for a nice, reliable and relaxed guest. There is very good Internet, so home office is possible.
The flat is very well connected with public traffic, Ringbahn (S41/S42/S8...), M4, M10, M2 are very close. By walking its around 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.
For short term I can not support registration(Anmeldung) but if the option for a longer stay until end of Mai is confirmed, then you can register (with unregistering as mandatory when you move out)
