Very nice "altbau" (built in 1900)(but amazingly renovated) one room flat in top location in Falkplatz (which even if it sounds like a square is actually a beautiful and quiet park with huge trees), available from November 10th 2023.
The flat is 40m2 and includes a cute terrace, surrounded by high bushes, where one can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just read a book.
The flat is a one room flat, but it is cut very well, so that the kitchen corner is nicely cut out from the living room/bedroom (also has window and aspirator, in case you cook something smelly).
The flat is equipped with top furniture including:
- top brand (beko) oven
- dishwasher
- washing machine
- electric (but amazingly working) heating/cooking plates
- big fridge
- spatious freezer
- sofa bed
- kitchen table
- dining tablen (a bit smaller than the one in the pictures)
- chairs
- living room low table
- bed and matress
- huge wardrobe
- different storage cabinets

- cleaning products
>> the terrace table and the piano visible in the pictures are not included
The flat is given furnished as described (all the walls and the kitchen are given free from posters and decos, not like in the pictures).
The rent is 1200 euros per month and includes everything, that is gas, water, electricity and fast Vodafone internet.
I ask 3000 euros deposit, that I will be happy to entirely give back at the end of the permanence if everything is fine.
Visits are possible unfortunately only on the 9th of November.
I am looking for someone who would take the flat for the whole period or longer, or at least 10 months ca (so YES, there is a possibility of staying longer than Sep 2024). If this is not your intention, please don't bother writing. Thank you for your understanding.

The location is really great, very quiet and at the same time super central. The flat is in a inner courtyard, so you do not hear a single car from the street in front of the building, which is anyway very little trafficked.
As said before, in front of the building is the falkplatz, a beautiful, quiet and sunny park that will feel a bit like your own garden, where to go chill, read a book, have a walk. Other than that both Schoenhauser Allee and Bornholmer Strasse S Bahn station are at 10 min walking distance (Ring Bahn), but you also have the tram if you prefer.
The area in general is really nice, surrounded by nice "altbau" houses, full of cute little restaurants and bars, italian cuisine, nepalese, sushi, whatever you fancy you will find and at the same time very quiet and not too loud or messy.
Beyond Falkplatz is actually Mauerpark, a place, that I think needs no presentation, but just for those who really do not know Berlin, well it is an amazing park, with rests from the Berlin wall and always full of good vibes, above all on Sundays, when it gets filled by people grilling, street artists and a very nice flee market.
