I'm going to be away from 13th to 30th of August and I'm looking for someone to sublet my beautiful 1 room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, right on the border to Weissensee.
The apartment has beautiful, big windows and a spacious balcony to enjoy the sun. It has a big, clean bathroom and a kitchen, that is (almost) separated from the main room. I don't have a dishwasher but apart from that everything you need for cooking is available.
I have a very comfortable, 160x200 bed and a work place with a big table. I will leave most of my stuff there so I'm looking for someone who is 1. ok with that and 2. very reliable and trustworthy, since those things are very important for me.
The apartment is in a very chill, quiet street with loads of families and a späti right at the doorstep. Shopping possibilities (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Netto,..) are very close, as well as public transport (M2, M13, M12, and Ringbahn very close). Alexanderplatz is just 18 mins away and the Weisser See is very close, too.
Sublet just from 13th to 30th August for 1 Person.
Its a quiet area so please NO PARTY and please be respectful!
Smoking is allowed but just on the balcony, never in the apartment.
