40m² one-bedroom apartment in Prenzlauer Berg with separate kitchen and bathroom with windows, 3 min walk to Ring-Bahn

I would like to rent out my one-year new renovated and quiet one-bedroom apartment with 40.5 m² in the wonderful popular area Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin from now on. It has a big room with about 25m², served as sleeping and sitting room. In it, there are a big wooden wardrobe (2,5x1,5); a wooden double bed (2×1,4); a leather sofa(1,5×0,5) with two big chairs; one set matching glass shelf and table for books and a TV set; a big wool carpet, a big mirror on the wall; small solid wooden tea table and the floor is wooden as well(can't help, I like good quality). The eat-in kitchen and the bathroom are paved with tiles. The kitchen is about 9m², including a wash machine and a two-door refrigerator; a wooden table that you can pull out when needed for 4-6 people sitting together with two designed red leather chairs; and the lovely mirror bathroom has windows:) which is important to let the humidity and smell out. All facilities in here are one year new or less. And there's also something special with the windows, outside the windows in the main room and the kitchen there're two roller shutters, so it's really safe here!

Please check the whole corn renovated house online before contacting me. 3 min walk to the S-Bahn Station PrenzlauerAllee 41/42/8/85/S1/S2 and Straßenbahn M2, which led directly to Alexander. Pl. There're 5 big supermarkets including a organic one around the house and a big Health Center on the opposite street, also Kindergarten and schools are nearby. The famous Chinese restaurant named Laoxiang is next door, which offers amazing, authentic food with good prices; and the Café downstairs offers organic selections as well...A very clean, convenient, cultural and decent district. One stop to Schönhauser Allee, walkable to the beloved Mauerpark, too...and then come into the inner yard of the house, you can immediately enjoy the enclosed quietness and have your own very private shell with a nice neighborhood in a completely renovated Old haus/Altbau with a history over 100 years...and btw, the basement is super dry too!

It's perfect for one independent person or a nice couple or even for two good friends. And the rental contract works for one year, INTERNET and HEATING are included already. It could be continued when the tenant/s proved to be nice behaviors. But first of all, let's meet and talk:)
