Schönes wohnung in nähe Kollwitzplatz

Ich suche jemanden meinen Wohnung zu vermieteten für das Dauern mein Praktikum in London(4 Monaten). Es ist ein sehr gemütliches und ruhiges 1-zimmer Wohnung mit Fenster gegen den Innenhof. Es gibt sehr gute Verbindungen – M1, M10, U2 bei Eberswalderstrasse U-Bahnhof, und nur 5 Minuten zu Mauerpark oder Kollwitzplatz und die Bio-Markt. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in dem Kiez. Ich vermiete das Wohnung voll möbliert oder nach Absprach, und die süße Küche hat ein Gasherd. Telefon und Internet ist nicht vorhanden, aber können in kurze zeit angeschafft werden. Besichtigung ist möglich die ganze Woche, die ganze Januar.


I’m looking for someone to rent my apartment while I do an internship in London(4 months). It’s a cosy and quiet apartment with windows towards the courtyard. There are very good connections – M1, M10, U2 at Eberswalderstrasse station, and only 5 minutes to Mauerpark or to Kollwitzplatz and the organic market. The atmosphere is very pleasant and there are many bars and restaurants in the area. I’m renting out the apartment fully furnished or as agreed, and the cute kitchen has a gas stove. There is no phone or internet, but could be arranged in short amount of time. Viewing it is possible the whole week, any week of January.
