I am offering a sublet in a tiny cozy house. There is a small garden outside and it is a quiet residential area. For rent is a tiny house separate from the main house on the property, with everything you need. There is a kind of storage room that you can use as a bedroom if you want. The property belongs to a Buddhist association. There is a friendly house community, but you also have your peace if you want. A nice garden and terrace can be shared. The apartment is furnished, but there is also some space for your own things. In summer it is really perfect, because you can be outside immediately and enjoy your breakfast in the garden.

Accessibility: The Remise is accessible without steps. The bathroom is unfortunately not barrier-free. The doors are partly also narrow and the turning circle very small.

Attention: Remise is located on the property of a Buddhist association, i.e. no alcohol, no cigarettes, no meat allowed.

Vermietet wird eine Remise, also ein kleiner Bungalow separat vom Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück, mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Art Abstellkammer, die man als Schlafzimmer nutzen kann, wenn man möchte. Das Grundstück gehört einem buddhistischen Verein. Es gibt eine freundliche Hausgemeinschaft, man hat aber auch seine Ruhe, wenn man möchte. Ein schöner Garten und Terrasse können mitgenutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, aber es ist auch noch bisschen Platz für eigene Sachen. Im Sommer ist es wirklich perfekt, da man sofort draußen ist und im Garten sein Frühstück genießen kann.

Barrierefreiheit: Die Remise ist stufenlos zugänglich. Das Bad ist aber leider nicht barrierefrei. Die Türen sind z.T auch schmal und der Wendekreis sehr gering.

Achtung: Remise liegt auf dem Grundstück von einem Buddhistischen Verein, d.h. kein Alkohol, keine Zigaretten, kein Fleisch erlaubt.
