UNTERVERMIETUNG: Kleine Wohnung mit Balkon nahe Rummelsburger Bucht - SUBLET: small apartment close to Rummelsburger Bucht

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, zwei kleineren Zimmern, Küche, Flur und Bad und ist komplett möbliert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Eines der kleineren Zimmer nutze ich, wenn nicht gerade Lockdown ist, ein paar mal die Woche als Büro (ich mache ein Fernstudium und arbeite nebenher als freiberufliche Fotografin und Grafikdesignerin) und möchte mir auch die Möglichkeit offen halten, eventuell mal dort zu übernachten.

Vermietet wird also nur das große Zimmer, du wirst die Wohnung aber die meiste Zeit für dich selbst haben.

Das Schlafzimmer ist 21 m² groß, hat 2 große Fenster und einen Balkon. Die Deckenhöhe liegt bei ca. 3,4 m

Möbliert ist es mit:
- Schreibtisch und Stuhl
- Bett 140x200
- Kleiderschrank
- Kleiderstange
- Bücherregal

Außerdem sind ein paar Pflanzen, Vorhänge, Teppiche, Lampen und etwas Deko im Zimmer. Falls du deine eignen Möbel mitbringen möchtest, könnten wir ein paar Sachen austauschen und im Keller ist auch noch Platz um ggf. einige Dinge zu lagern.

Das Zimmer hat auch Zugang zum Balkon auf dem man morgens schön in der Sonne eine Tasse Kaffee trinken kann. Außerdem gibt es im Innenhof einen Garten mit einer großen Rasenfläche, die alle Mieter benutzen können. Perfekt für ein Picknick oder zum Federball spielen!

Ich hab vieles in der Wohnung selbst renoviert und "hübsch gemacht" und es wär super, wenn du, auch wenn es nicht dein eigenes ist, gut mit den Dingen umgehst.

The flat consists of one big bedroom, two smaller rooms, a kitchen, hall and bathroom. It's fully furnished and equipped with all things necessary. If we aren't in lockdown, I use one of the smaller rooms as an office / workspace a few days per week (I study remotely and work as a freelance photographer and graphic designer). The other small room I will keep in case I have to stay overnight, which won't happen often.

So it will be only the big bedroom that I sublet but most of the time you will have the flat completely to yourself.

The bedroom has 21 m², 2 big windows and a balcony. Ceiling height is 3.4 m

It is furnished with:
- desk and chair
- bed 140x200
- wardrobe
- clothes rack
- book shelf

There are also a few plants, curtains, rugs, lamps and decoration etc in the room. In case you want to bring your own furniture we could move some things around and there is additional space in the cellar where we could store some things.

The room is also connected to the balcony on which you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. Additionally there's a big lawn area in the backyard that all tenants can use. Perfect for picknicks or playing badminton!

I put a lot of time into renovating my place and making it look nice and it would be great if you treat the flat and its interiors as carefully as if they were yours!
