The flat is clean and bright, has big windows with the view of big trees outside.
It is a good size for one person and it is a studio apartment. There is no extra Arbeitszimmer nor other living room so it's not possible to have a home office.
Note that the sublet period is starting 1st April 2024 until 11 June 2024.
This term is not negotiable, nor possible to extend.
The flat is furnished with all necessary things and I will leave it as below,
- 1 room with a double bed, table, chairs, closet, drawers, shelves etc.
- A Kitchen equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, plates/pots/utensils for cooking.
- Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine for laundry.
- Balcony with a table and two chairs to sit out.

The address is Bayerischer Platz 12B, in Schöneberg. It is right next to the Bayerischer Platz park, and the entrance to U7 & U4 Bayerischer Platz. Super convenient with connection to public transportation.
The building does not face to any streets so it is quiet and nice to sit out in the balcony.
There are groceries like Edeka, Bio Company, and Penny, in 5 minutes walking distance.
The Rudolf-Wilde-Park, perfect place for jogging is in 8 mins walking distance.
If you are interested, contact with a short introduction of yourself including what do you do, why do you need the flat in Berlin, if the renting period and the rent is suitable for you. 1000€ is all inclusive rent per month and deposit is 1000€. For the last days in June until 11th the rent is 366 euro.
You should be able to bring the papers as below, when you visit the flat.
But do not waste each others time to contact if you cannot provide,
- a copy of ID( passport if you are not German and residence permit.)
- a job contract with proof of income.
An online viewing is not possible and I will only invite people who can make time for personal viewing.
