bright apartment in a quiet and nice street in a dynamic neighbourhood

Hallo !

I leave my apartment at the end of August. It’s a bright apartment in a quiet and nice street in a dynamic neighbourhood. Perfect for one person or for a couple.

The apartment:
25 sqm. Lovely and cute small apartment completely furnished located in the 2nd floor of a modern building.
First there is a hall with a fridge. Immediately on the right, there is the bathroom with a shower, toilets and a sink.
And in front of the entrance door, you have the main room. In the main room, you can find a kitchen corner, a wardrobe, a convertible couch (also a bed), a table, two chairs. The windows have curtains and it’s pretty unusual in Berlin!
And for 250€ I let you all what I bought:
-Kitchenware and cookware
-Household linen and bathroom linen (duvet, bed-sheets, pillow, towel, and so on)
-Microwaves
-Vacuum cleaner
-Clothesline
-Carpets
-Garbage bean
-Vegetable storage locker
-Broom and detergents
-…

The neighbourhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet and lovely dead-end street. There is an embassy in the street and a second hand shop very popular. You have a Schlecker down below.
In the next street you can find a Lidl.

The neighbourhood is really nice and very much alive.
You have a lot of food shops: Kaiser, Edeka, Netto… A lot of bars, restaurants (Very cool and very cheap) and clubs, bookshops and clothes shops.
Every Saturday there is the Winterfelderplatz’s market.
In June there is the Gay and Lesbian festival and the gaypride starts from this area.
Ten minutes walking, you can go to the KaDeWe, famous shop center in Berlin.
The apartment is closed to the embassies’ area and Tiergarten.

Concerning the transports, Nollendorfplatz is a crossroad of the U1, U2, U4 and some buses.
