Ich gehe zum Studieren ins Ausland und vermiete meine helle, gemütliche und vollmöblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für 1 Jahr (5.10.2011-05.7.2012; Verlängerung ist möglich, flexibler Aus- und Einzugstermin).

Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Stadtteil Friedenau/Schöneberg in unmittelbarer Nähe der S-Bahn Haltestelle Friedenau (S1). Es handelt sich um eine sanierte Altbauwohnung im 3.Stock des Hinterhauses, südlich ausgerichtet. Die Lage ist vor allem für Studenten oder Mitarbeiter der FU und HU sehr günstig: Mit der S1 ca. 10 min zu beiden Universitäten. Ebenfalls leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen sind: Ringbahn(Innsbrucker Platz), 24 Std. Busse(M85, M48), U4. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen(Aldi, Netto, Edeka, Rewe, Lidl geöffnet auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen), ebenso wie viele nette Cafés und Restaurants. Es ist nicht weit zum Volkspark Schöneberg(joggen) und der großen Einkaufsstraße Schlossstraße.

Zur Wohnung selber(35m²): 1 Zimmer(ca.25m²), Küche, Bad, Flur und Abstellkammer, die mitbenutzt werden kann. 3 große Südfenstern mit Blick in grünen Innenhof, neues Laminat im Wohnraum. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, kein Autolärm o.ä., nette Nachbarn die auch gerne mal Pakete annehmen.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, und wird mit allem Zubehör vermietet (auf Wunsch auch mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern) direkt zum einziehen! Mit Waschmaschine, Ceranfeld, Ofen, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank.

Im Innenhof gibt es (sichere) Fahrradstellplätze, Anwohnerparken vor der Tür.

Miete: 500 € alles inklusive (Strom, Heizung, Wasser; Internet DSL-Flatrate und Telefon-Flatrate(Vodafone, nach Deutschland); Kabelfernsehen); Kaution: 1000 € (verhandelbar)

I am leaving to study abroad and rent out my brightly lit, cozy and fully furnished one-bedroom apartment for 1 year (5.10.2011-5.7.2012; extension is possible, flexible move-in and -out date).

Location: The apartment is located in the popular and beautiful district of Friedenau / Schöneberg in immediate vicinity of the S-Bahn station Friedenau (S1).The apartment is in the rear courtyard of a modernised traditional Berlin tenement on the 3rd floor, facing south. Especially for students or employees of the Free University and Humboldt University, the location is very convenient: it takes about 10 min with the S1 to both universities. Also within easy walking distance are: Circle Line (Innsbrucker Platz), 24hr buses (M85, M48), U4. Various grocery stores are within walking distance (Aldi, Netto, Edeka, Rewe, Lidl open on Sundays and public holidays), as well as many nice cafes and restaurants. It is not far from the Volkspark Schöneberg (jogging) and the major shopping street Schlossstraße.

The apartment(35m²): 1 room (24m ²), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and storage room. 3 large south-facing windows overlooking the green yard. The apartment is very quiet, no traffic noise. Friendly neighbors.

The apartment is completely furnished, and is rented with all accessories (on request with bedding, towels as well), so you only need yourself and your personal stuff to move in!:)

Equipped with a washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer...

In the courtyard there are (safe) bike spaces, resident parking.

Rent: 500 € all.incl(electricity, heating, water, phone& nbsp;and internet-flatrate (DSL-Vodafone,only Germany), cable tv) security deposit: 1000 € (negotiable)
