Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten und eine Große Park neben der Haus.

U-bahn U4 3 minuten, U7 7 minuten, Bus 104 3 minuten and Bus M46 8 Minuten
S-bahn Innsbrückerplatz , M48, M85 alles in 10 Minuten verfügbar.

I am renting my one room apartment with balcony for 3-6 months.

You can bring your suitcase and just move in. Because the basics are all available in this flat.

A double size Matress 140x200 cm
A couch which has a possibility to be used as a bed for 2 more guests -120x200 cm
A Refrigerator
Dinning Table and 2 wooden chairs
Kitchen complete.
Few Dishes
Wooden utility cupboard
A TV
A printer
A small table in the Balcony
A Vacuum cleaner without suction pipe

The Furniture and all the operating costs such as electricity, heating, Wifi etc are included in the rent

The Wifi is 25 MB speed and available unlimited.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a private toilet inside the Flat and two sharing showers in the passage just outside the flat door. The showers and passage is cleaned by the private company everyday.

U-bahn U4 is 3 minutes, U7 is 7 minutes, Bus 104 is 3 minutes and Bus M46 is 8 Minutes
Also S-bahn Innsbrückerplatz , M48, M85 are all in 10 Minutes distance on foot
It is located very well in the centre with good connections and has many Bars and Restaurants just a few minutes from the house.
