-A hallway with storeroom
-A bathroom with shower
-A “main room”, which is divided into three, as follows:
1) Living/Eating space including armchair, TV, study desk (with internet connection) and a big dinner table
2) Sleeping alcove with a double futon bed
3) Kitchen alcove including all the usual necessary cooking utensils + washing machine (no dishwasher)
Even though this is all in one room, curtains separate the kitchen and “bedroom” from the rest of the living space.
-A balcony facing South. There’s a really wide open space view looking out onto a green area, some buildings and a lot of sky! From the balcony you can observe the daily life of the many rabbits living in the area.
About the rent: 670 euro per month. This includes ALL utilities' costs such as heating, water, electricity and internet.
The flat is really close to 3 U-bahn stations (U4 and U7 Bayerischer Platz, U9 Berliner Strasse) , as well as close to several bus connections, and the S-bahn is also a 5-7 minute walk away (Ringbahn). There is a grocery store just around the block, and a Lidl near the S-bahn station.
Visits are possible until Wednesday 19th for now( from Monday to Wednesday before 9 am or after 7pm) as I will be on vacation until the 1st of January.
