Hi everyone!

My name is Lorena, I'm the main tenant of the place and I'm renting a room for 390 euros in total.
This is near to U-bahn Kurfürstenstraße and Bulowstrasse.

The place is located in a very great area (central, safe, metro close by, beautiful parks, pharmacies, supermarket, etc.)

I'd define myself as a respectful, friendly, responsible, and quite a kind person, also creative and curious.
But as I can be quite extroverted I can also be quite introverted from time to time, really focus on myself, but I have to keep always good communication and vibes with all my ex-flatmates.

I work full time a lot, and I got home pretty late, after the gym. I also love listening to podcasts and do meditation as much as possible.
I love music (indie, alternative, classical, pop, dance, 90's, 80's, etc)
I don't smoke and am a vegetarian.

I'd love to find someone trustworthy with good vibes, respectful, tidy, and clean. <3


Yo hablo espanol como lengua materna pero me encanta conocer gente de otras culturas y hablar inglés también.

PROS: Location, cheap, comfy, clean, friendly, and safe environment, only two roommates, I spend almost the whole day outside on weekdays! I keep my own fridge.

There's no laundry, but there's one nearby for like 3 euros (so you need to go out but you get used to it)
The kitchen is very simple and we don't have an oven, but you could buy yours if you like!
