Since I spend August in humid hot Seoul to attend Korean language class, my Berlin apartment is not occupied at the moment.

If you are spontaneously looking for a cozy place to stay in late Berlin Summer with privacy, good connection to public transport, I´m convinced you will be very satisfied and will spend enjoyable moments in my flat.


From now on (17/Aug) until end of August (31/8/22) I offer my 1-room apartment (32m2), situated in charming Westberlin-district Schöneberg. It is an old renovated building, the flat is completely furnished. It is ground floor, so after hot summer exhibitions you are able to spend refreshing time in apartment.



equipement details:
There is a big kitchen with cooking equipment (incl. dinnerware) and a big table (suitable for remote work, reading or dining), bathroom with shower/toilette and lastly the living room (incl. a table, wardrobe, 2-person bed, couch). There is an extra matress so actually its suitable for 3 people for sleep-over.
Rent: 230€ (14 days) - additional charges (electricity, wifi) included.

Da ich den August im schwül-heißen Seoul verbringe, um Koreanisch zu lernen, ist meine Berliner Wohnung im Moment nicht belegt.

Wenn du spontan eine gemütliche Bleibe im Berliner Spätsommer mit Privatsphäre und guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr suchst, wirst Sie bestimmt eine entspannte Zeit in meiner Wohnung verbringen!

Für die 2 letzten Augustwochen (17.08. - 31.08.22) biete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (32m2) im charmanten Westberliner Stadtteil Schöneberg an. Es ist ein renovierter Altbau, die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Es ist im Erdgeschoss, so dass ihr nach heißen Sommerausstellungen eine erfrischende Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen könnt, weil die Wohnung sehr kühl im Sommer ist.

Ausstattungsdetails:
Es gibt eine große Küche mit Kochutensilien (inkl. Geschirr) und einem großen Tisch (geeignet für home office, Lesen oder gemeinsame Mahlzeiten), Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und schließlich das Wohnzimmer (inkl. Tisch, Kleiderschrank, 2-Personen-Bett, Couch). Es gibt eine zusätzliche Matratze, so dass die Wohnung für 3 Personen zum Übernachten geeignet ist. 

Miete: 230€ (14 Tage) - Nebenkosten (Strom, WLAN) inklusive.

Du wirst den Ort genauso lieben wie ich! Der Blick auf den Garten ist meditativ.
