Hello, I'm subletting my cozy room in Steglitz-Zehlendorf!
🏠Room
The flat was developed as a shared apartment concept for students.
The 7 room apartment will be shared by 6 roommates in a mixed gender co-living concept.
The individual rooms of the apartment complex are:
- fully furnished
- desk, chair
- spacious wardrobe and cupboards
- Internet, heating, water and electricity are included in the warm rent
- fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, hoover)
- kitchen, 1 shower cabin and the two bathrooms will be shared between all flatmates
- incl. a morning cleaning of the common areas (kitchen floor and work surfaces and the bathrooms, private rooms are not included)
Washing machines are available in the laundry room of the rear building & there will be a fee of ~ €2.80 per wash.
Text me only if you are study in one of the public universities Berlin and will rent the room during the whole subletting time (01.02.2024-30.09.2024)!!! No exceptions!
📍Location
What’s cool about the apartment?
Located in close to the Free University of Berlin (20min by bus or by bike).
🌳Is a perfect location to live in especially in summer. You will need 20 min by bus to get to Schlachtensee, Nickolaissee, Wannsee. There're a lot if opportunities to do some sports: you can go jogging near the Teltow Kanal, meditate, go for a walk in nature and in Viertel with cute german houses and gardens.
Does it have parking space?
🚲There are unfortunately no parking spaces, but near the building there are bike parking spaces.
🎾At the entrance to the building there is a free Gym. In the backyard there are several Tischtennis, where you could play with sone other neighbors.
How is the commute from here to other locations?
🚌The closest Stations are: S+U Steglitz (U9, S1), S Zehlendorf (S1), S Lichterfelde Ost (Reginalbahn, S 25, S 26).
🛍All possible shops etc: Rewe, Kaufland, ALDI, DM, Wiener Bäckerei, OBI, Netto, 5-10min by walking distance.
