SHORT TERM - Cozy Single Apartment Treptow, Container Village - Perfect for a month in Berlin

The next door complex is under construction! There is a second building being built right next to our finished building, so there will be construction noise. The scope and severity of noise polution is not foreseeable. At the moment there the foundation of the building, which might be concluded before the subletting period. I can not guarantee it though. It is bareable but not the most relaxing environment. For more information (pictures, videos etc.) feel free to reach out.

The apartment is in a student dorm with both german and international students as Your neighbours. So it's perfect for getting to know nice young people and getting good tipps for your stay in Berlin. There might even be parties You can join just by saying "Hi". If that's not your thing, You can also just have your privacy in the apartment and watch Netflix or cook something.

It's a 26 m² apartment with a bathroom in the middle and a small kitchen component with 2 cooking plates and a fridge. You can basically use everything in the flat. Including the smart TV + Xbox One, a monitor for your laptop, shampoo, towels, cutlery + crockery. If You have any questions, just let me know, I'm happy to answer them. For the tech equpiment and all my belongings in the flat I would request a deposit of 500€ that you will get back after your stay, leaving the place as you found it of course ;)

There is only one entrance to the apartment and you will be able to access it at any time. You can just enter the property and take the stairs to the second floor.
In the rent of 450€ mentioned above everything is included, no extra cost. Wifi is at 50.000 mbit/s and usually stable. We have a laundry room where you can wash your laundry. I can explain everything to you in the process.

I will be on a business trip during this time period and might have somebody in charge at the property to help you out with the key and everything else, in case I can't be there.

ACHTUNG:

Das Grundstück befindet sich noch in Baumaßnahmen. Neben dem bereits fertiggestellten Gebäude wird ein zweites Gebäude direkt nebenan errichtet. Demnach wird es Baustellen-Lärm geben. Die Dauer und Intensität der Lärmbelastung kann ich derzeit nicht einschätzen, momentan wird das Fundament für das neue Gebäude gebaut, was meist der lauteste Teil derartiger Arbeiten ist. Dies sollte bis zum Mietzeitraum beendet sein. Es ist auf jeden Fall aushaltbar, aber eben hörbar. Ich kann dir bei Interesse weitere Infos wie Bilder, Videos o.Ä. geben.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Single Appartement in einem Studentenwohnheim, das sogenannte "Container-Studentendorf". Container deshalb, weil jedes Appartement aus einem ausrangierten Schiffscontainer besteht, der zu einem Apartment umgebaut wurde.

Ich selbst werde auf Reisen sein und biete daher mein Appartement für diesen Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und ist insgesamt etwa 26m² groß. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Induktionsplatten sind im vorderen Bereich des Containers untergebracht, hinten befinden sich ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch.
Ich kann meine Einrichtung zur Verfügung stellen (Geschirr, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc.). Unter anderem auch ein Smart TV ,eine XBOX und einen Bildschirm für deinen Laptop. Dafür und für die Möbel, die nicht mir gehören, würde ich gerne eine Kaution von 500€ verlangen, die Du natürlich nach Deinem Aufenthalt zurückbekommst, sofern alles heil geblieben ist :)
Abwaschen musst Du leider per Hand, da keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

In der oben angegeben Kaltmiete von 450€ ist alles enthalten, keine Nebenkosten o. Ä. , WLAN (50.000er Leitung) ist auch inklusive.
