Due to work I won´t be in town for the 5 weeks / the month from 1st of September till 6th of October. So I´m subletting my 1,5 room apartment for that time span. It´s with 54 m2 a spacious, bright, calm flat with a nice view. It´s located in Wedding, which is by public transport and by bike 20 min near to the city center. It´s well connected with U6 and U9 subway and as well to the circle line. In the nice surrounded neighborhood you can find a lot of nice cafés, restaurants and bars. A normal and an organic supermarket is around the corner. By a 20 min walk along the canal you will be at the swimming lake Plötznsee and the nice park Rehberge.
As it is my own flat I expect you to treat it well and I ask for a deposit of 2
00 €.
You will get by public transport fast to Kreuzberg and Mitte, as you are close to Leopoldplatz (subway U6/U9) and S-Bahn Wedding (Ringbahn).
By bike along the canal it's just 10 min to Friedrichstraße...
To the beautiful park Rehberge with it´s to the swimming lake Plötzensee it´s as well by bike just 10 min.
The neighbors are very friendly. You have one organic and one normal supermarket in the street. As well some good restaurants, Café and Bars in the next crosstreet.
It´s a nice mix betwenn having it calm in the flat, having a nice neighborhood and beeing good connected by public transoprt.
